If any of you have continued visiting during my prolonged absence, I have not disappeared completely, although I have been recovering from a serious surgery. In March, I began having symptoms of a heart attack and after finding out that I did not have one, I was given the news that for all of my 47 years of life I had been living with a birth defect of my heart which, in April, required open heart surgery. I am still working on cardiac rehabilitation, am doing very well and plan to return to work this week...although these past months have not been easy, they have taught me lot about life, death, my own spiritual goals in my relationship with Jesus Christ and the power of prayer. I hope to be back to crafting and photography soon!

People talk themselves out of exercising so easily, and the opposite can be so easy.
Even if your small business doesn't have some sort of refrigerator (a rarity today) you can choose vegetable and fruit that do not even require refrigeration. Having some company can also make the fitness session more fun.
